A traineeship is more than just learning. It is the fastest path into the industry for those who do not yet have commercial experience.

The QA Traineeship at Andersen is your entry point into real software development with the prospect of future employment. You will strengthen your practical skills and start your career alongside experienced professionals.

The program is open to candidates from Kazakhstan. Participants from Almaty are expected to attend the office during the training period, while participants from Astana can join online.

What we offer:

• 5 months — from your first day in the Lab to your first day on a commercial project.

• Full-time commitment — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day. An intensive format designed to accelerate your professional growth.

• Bring your own laptop. Your laptop + our training program = a Junior specialist ready for real-world tasks.

• A focus on learning. The traineeship is first and foremost about education. The reward is worth the wait: a Junior 1 offer upon successful completion.

• A 1.5-year training agreement. A formal learning arrangement: you study, we invest in your future career and employment.

Who We Are Looking For:

Someone who understands the value of product quality and is ready to build expertise in Quality Assurance.

Required Qualifications:

• English proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.

• Good understanding of software testing theory.

• Basic knowledge of SQL.

• Understanding of how web and mobile applications work.

Nice to Have:

• Technical background.

• Any programming experience.

• Completed testing-related courses.

• German proficiency at an Intermediate level or higher.
