the ui/ux design traineeship at andersen is an opportunity to build a strong portfolio, work on real projects under the guidance of experienced designers, and join the team upon successful completion of the program.

applications are open in kazakhstan: candidates from almaty attend the program in-office, while participants from other cities across kazakhstan can join online.

what we offer:

• 5 months: from your first day in the lab to your first day on a commercial project.

• full-time commitment — 5 days a week, 8 hours a day: an intensive format designed to help you reach a professional level faster.

who we are looking for:

requirements:

• english proficiency at intermediate+ level or higher (verbal communication).

• completion of ui/ux design courses.

• confident use of figma, adobe xd, sketch, or other design tools.

• a portfolio on behance, dribbble, or another platform.

• understanding of ux processes and interface design principles.

• understanding of responsive design.

• willingness to learn, grow, and work with feedback.

nice to have:

• german proficiency at intermediate level or higher.

• basic knowledge of html/css.

• experience conducting ux research.
