requirements:

minimum 10 years of refractory experience, preferably in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical, or industrial projects.
strong experience in fired heater/furnace refractory works.
hands-on experience with casting, brick lining, ceramic fiber and other refractory installation activities.
good knowledge of refractory materials, installation procedures, curing and inspection requirements.
international or local certification on refractory works.
proven experience in supervising refractory workers and site crews.
ability to manage daily work activities, manpower allocation and productivity.
ability to read and understand drawings, method statements and technical specifications.
good coordination skills with mechanical, piping, insulation, scaffolding and other disciplines.
strong hse awareness and ability to ensure safe working practices.
intermediate english communication skills
