Tax & Accounting Process Automation Lead

KPMG is looking for an experienced and driven Accounting & Tax Processes Automation Lead to join our dynamic Tax team.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze accounting and tax business processes to identify opportunities for automation and digital transformation.
- Gather, document, and validate business requirements in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, Definition of Done (DoD), and test cases.
- Design and document business processes using BPMN methodology.
- Work closely with software developers, QA engineers, and business users during solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and production rollout.
- Support the implementation and optimization of ERP-based solutions, including 1C, SAP, Oracle EBS, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Contribute to the implementation of automation technologies such as RPA, OCR, AI, Agentic AI, BPM, and Low-Code/No-Code platforms.
- Assist in integrating digital solutions with cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Monitor solution performance and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Provide user support, conduct training sessions, and prepare functional documentation for implemented solutions.
Requirements:
- Understanding of accounting and tax outsourcing services.
- Understanding of tax compliance and tax-related business processes.
- Knowledge of ERP systems, including 1C, SAP, Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS), and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Understanding of OCR, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Agentic AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Business Process Management (BPM), and Low-Code/No-Code development concepts.
- Hands-on experience with BPMN notation and Microsoft Office applications.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience in documenting business requirements, user stories, Definition of Done (DoD), and test cases.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with software developers throughout the software development lifecycle, including testing, debugging, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution delivery, preferably in an Agile environment.
- At least upper-intermediate English.
