your role

as a consultant, you will support clients throughout their transformation journey, from assessing current challenges and defining future-state ambitions to implementing transformation initiatives and measuring results.

you will work closely with clients and multidisciplinary deloitte teams to solve complex business challenges through a combination of strategy, process improvement, organizational design, and technology-enabled transformation.

responsibilities

• support project teams in delivering business and transformation engagements across a variety of industries.
• conduct research, gather information, and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to support client work.
• assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, meeting materials, and other client deliverables.
• analyze data, identify trends, and contribute to the development of business insights and recommendations.
• take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
• participate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews, documenting key discussions and actions.
• support project management activities, including work planning, status tracking, and meeting coordination.
• collaborate with team members across different functions and service areas to solve complex business challenges.
• contribute to proposal development, market research, and business development initiatives.
• continuously develop consulting, analytical, and communication skills through on-the-job learning and coaching.

qualifications

• bachelor's or master's degree in business, economics, engineering, information systems, public administration, finance, or a related field.
• relevant internship or 1-2 years professional experience in consulting, project management, strategy, transformation, business analysis, or related areas would be an advantage.
• strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• excellent communication and presentation skills.
• ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• advanced powerpoint and excel skills.
• fluency in russian and english
