Brand/Marketing Retail Manager

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the image construction of local market terminals (such as end caps, brand islands, etc.) in accordance with the brand visual identity, standards issued by the headquarters.
- Coordinate and supervise suppliers or store parties to ensure the timely, quality and quantitative completion of the installation and arrangement of terminal image materials, while controlling costs.
- Conduct regular terminal inspections, generate reports, and promptly identify and correct problems.
- Develop/localize various marketing content (such as videos, images, leaflets, posters, product manuals, etc.
- Act as the main daily contact person for suppliers including advertising agencies and manufacturers.
- Follow up on the progress of design drafts, sampling, production and delivery to ensure materials meet quality and timeline requirements.
- Respond to the daily needs of the sales team to ensure sufficient material support for marketing activities.
- Over 2 years of working experience in marketing or related fields;
- Excellent planning and project management capabilities, as well as outstanding communication and coordination skills.
- Native proficiency in Kazakh and Russian;
- English proficiency sufficient for daily communication.
- Proficient in Photoshop;
- Experience with Figma is a plus.
