job responsibilities:
- be responsible for the management of wdm order, profitability, strategic goals, market goals, and industry policies, and expand the datacom market space.
- be responsible for wdm projects in kazakhstan provide market insight, solution enablement, communicate with customers, and make breakthroughs in market presence.
- ability to identify customer needs and offer technically solutions(hld/boq/technical proposal)，managing product life cycles.
requirements:
- sales and product management:
have more than 5 years of relevant working experience (dwdm, sdh)
- communication skills
- presentation and customer communication skills.
- ability to explain technical details and solutions in language that customers can understand.
- proficient in english and russian
working with customers:
-experience working with telecom operators and internet service providers.
-ability to build long-term relationships with key customers.
