duties and responsibilities:

• demonstrate a solid understanding of basic tax concepts and actively seek to increase tax knowledge through client assignments and staying updated on current tax developments.
• prepare, research, and identify tax issues using appropriate resources, and clearly and logically document all tax work for review by others.
• thoroughly and accurately analyze information, arriving at appropriate engagement conclusions and recommendations.
• document work papers and advice, draft client correspondence, and effectively communicate with clients and ey personnel.
• be a proactive team player, ready to take responsibility and shоwinitiative.

requirements:

• the final year of a bachelor's degree program in finance, economics, accounting, tax, or law.
• advanced level of english.
• strong writing, research, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• basic knowledge of kazakhstan taxation.
• knowledge of accounting and familiarity with 1c and/or other erp systems is a plus.
• ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment.
• hardworking and eager to work.
• positive attitude.
• team player.
• work experience in accounting, tax, finance, or law is preferable but not mandatory.
