ДОЛЖНОСТНЫЕ ОБЯЗАННОСТИ:
- После уборки горничной проверяет гостевые комнаты, общественные места, бассейн и т.д., чтобы убедиться в соответствии стандартам качества.
- Запускает отчеты о проданных номерах, проверяет состояние номеров, определяет несоответствующие номера, расставляйте приоритеты уборки номеров и обновляйте статус покидающих номеров.
- Помогает менеджеру в управлении повседневной деятельностью. Выступает в качестве связующего звена для координации усилий по ведению домашнего хозяйства, инженерии, фронт-офиса и прачечной.
- Документирует и решает проблемы с несовпадающими помещениями с помощью стойки регистрации.
- Готовит, распространяет и сообщает об изменениях в назначениях комнат. Передает вопросы следующей смене. Заполняет необходимые документы.

Помогает руководству в приеме на работу, обучении, планировании, оценке, консультировании, дисциплины, мотивации и обучении сотрудников.

JOB SUMMARY
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. After being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.
- Running sold room reports, verifying room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritizing room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
- Assisting Housekeeping management in managing daily activities. Acting as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
- Documenting and resolving issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
- Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments.
- Communicate issues to next shift. Complete required paperwork.
- Assisting management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees.
