РӨЛІ ЖӘНЕ ЖАУАПКЕРШІЛІКТЕР:

Барлық түрдегі жабдықтардың авариялықсыз және сенімді жұмысын қамтамасыз ету, олардың дұрыс пайдаланылуын, уақтылы және сапалы жөндеу мен техникалық қызмет көрсету;

Жабдықтың механикалық бөлігіне жоспарлы-профилактикалық жөндеу (ЖПЖ) жүргізу, ЖПЖ кестесіне сәйкес;

Механика, сантехника және т.б. салалардағы авариялық жағдайларды жою;

Кішігірім ағаш өңдеу және бояу жұмыстарын жүргізу;

Рейдтер өткізу және журналдарды толтыру.

Жұмыс кестесі: дүйсенбі-жұма, сағат 9:00-18:00.
БІЛІМ ЖӘНЕ ТӘЖІРИБЕ:
- Орта арнайы немесе жоғары техникалық білім;
- Кәсіби салада кемінде 1 жыл жұмыс тәжірибесі;
- Ғимараттар, сауда орталықтары, қонақ үйлердің техникалық қызмет көрсету саласында жұмыс тәжірибесі құпталады;
- Ағылшын тілін білу артықшылық болып табылады.

- Командалық жұмыс істеу қабілеті;
- Стресс жағдайларына төзімділік, шектеулі уақыт ресурстарында жұмыс істей білу.
РОЛЬ И ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ:
- Обеспечивает безаварийную и надежную работу всех видов оборудования, их правильную эксплуатацию, своевременный качественный ремонт и техническое обслуживание;
- Производство планово-предупредительного ремонта (ППР) механической части оборудования согласно графика ППР;
- Устранение аварийных ситуаций в механике, сантехнике и т.д.
- Мелкие плотницкие, малярные работы;
- Проведение обходов, заполнение журналов.
- График работы 5/2 с 9 до 18 .
ОБРАЗОВАНИЕ И ОПЫТ РАБОТЫ:
- Среднее специальное или высшее техническое образование;
- не менее 1 года опыта работы в профессиональной области;
- опыт работы в сфере технического обслуживания зданий, торговых центров, гостиниц приветствуется;
- знание английского языка приветствуется.
ТЕХНИЧЕСКИЕ И МЕЖЛИЧНОСТНЫЕ НАВЫКИ:
- Умение работать в команде;
- Стрессоустойчивость, умение работать в условиях ограниченных временных ресурсов.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensures the safe and reliable operation of all types of equipment, their proper use, as well as timely and high-quality repair and maintenance;
- Performs scheduled preventive maintenance (PPM) of the mechanical part of equipment in accordance with the PPM schedule;
- Eliminates emergency situations related to mechanical systems, plumbing, etc.;
- Performs minor carpentry and painting works;
- Conducts inspections and maintains logs.
- Work schedule: 5/2, from 09:00 to 18:00.
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Secondary specialized or higher technical education;
- At least 1 year of experience in the relevant professional field;
- Experience in building maintenance, shopping centers, or hotels is an advantage;
- Knowledge of English is an advantage.
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
- Ability to work in a team;
- Stress resistance and ability to work under tight deadlines.
