- Provide tax advisory services to local and international clients
- Prepare tax opinions, technical memoranda, and analytical reports
- Identify and assess tax risks and develop practical recommendations
- Advise clients on Corporate Income Tax (CIT), VAT, and industry-specific tax matters
- Participate in tax structuring and optimization projects
- Conduct and support tax due diligence engagements
- Communicate and negotiate with tax authorities when required
- Provide ongoing tax support and guidance to clients
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in taxation
- Experience in Big4 or international consulting firms will be a strong advantage
- Higher education in Finance, Taxation, Economics, Accounting, or Law
- Strong knowledge of Kazakhstan tax legislation and its practical application
- Proven experience in tax consulting and client advisory
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
- Practical knowledge of 1C (Accounting and Tax Accounting)
- English language proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2+) / Advanced (C1) or higher
