A worldwide famous Chinese Company (online sales platform, B2B) announces a Job vacancy for the positiob of Business Development Manager.

Position Description:

1. Responsible for expanding the number of local B-class customers in Kazakhstan；

2. Continuously exploring and expanding cooperation with local industry associations/chambers of commerce in Kazakhstan；

3. Able to make suggestions and key points on the design of local distribution mechanism according to the operation mode of local chambers of commerce and offline wholesale and retail business；

4. Assist in landing local PR, business meetings, exhibitions and other offline activities；

5. Cooperate with the headquarter program and nodes, complete the ground promotion activities on the ground；

Position Requirements:

1. College degree or higher, proficiency in Kazakh or Russian, and ability to use Chinese or English as a working language；

2. Familiar with the operation of local chambers of commerce and industry associations, and have certain industry association resources are preferred；

3. Familiarity with Kazakhstans national conditions, national cultural characteristics, and understanding of the countrys offline wholesale and retail business and distribution model；

4. Local FMCG, 3C digital, day hundred distribution industry background is preferred; experience in serving supermarkets, small wholesalers, retail stores and other Class B customers is preferred; background as commercial manager of a local Class B logistics company and wholesale market management is preferred; experience in local sourcing and marketing, local bidding experience is preferred；

5. Results oriented, can accept overtime,and undergo KPI assessments.
