Education: Technical College or higher

Experience: 3 years in same role

Professional skills:

Mechanical Inspector must know:

Intermediate English Level

Drawing/P&ID Interpretation.

Mechanical Equipment Types.

Painting, Coating, Insulation knowledge.

 

Main responsibilities:

Prepare Test Pack documentation and approval

Notify, Witness, and monitor execution of Hydrotest execution.

Verify all post-Hydrotest inspection works, including re-instatement, Drying, Blowing... etc.

Bolt-Torquing Inspection, Verification, and reporting.

Mechanical Equipment Installation, and alignment.

Works Completion walkdown.

Punch items list preparation, and closure of punch items
