Requirements:

Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Proven experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, or power plant projects

Strong knowledge of static equipment installation and inspection

Experience supervising site teams and subcontractors

Good understanding of HSE and quality standards

 

Job Summary:

The Mechanical Static Supervisor oversees installation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of static mechanical equipment such as pressure vessels, tanks, heat exchangers, piping supports, and steel structures.

The role ensures work is completed safely, in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and schedule requirements.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise installation and assembly of static mechanical equipment

Coordinate contractors and site mechanical crews

Ensure compliance with drawings, procedures, and QA/QC requirements

Support pressure testing, mechanical completion, and pre-commissioning activities

Monitor work progress and report to construction or commissioning management

Ensure adherence to HSE rules and site safety standards
