• - Development and maintenance of project control documentation.

• - Conducting project status meetings with the Operations Director.

• - Updating and maintaining project control documentation.

• - Liaison with the legislative authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

• - Coordination with the appointed Project Engineering Contractor; review and approval of project documentation.

• - Supervision of construction and installation works at the project site.

• - Incoming inspection and verification of supplied materials for compliance with project specifications.

• - Planning and organizing technical meetings with construction contractors.

• - Control and preparation of as-built (executive) documentation for construction works.

• - Preparation and management of construction permitting documentation.
