Описание вакансии

1. Maintenance Operations: Oversee the routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance of all equipment and machinery in the copper concentrator plant and clay plant for Bozshakol operations for both mechanical and electrical infrastructure, ensure maximum plant availability and reliability by minimizing downtime and breakdowns, and prioritize and schedule maintenance work, coordinating with the operations team to minimize production interruptions.

2. Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with senior management and cross-functional teams to align the maintenance department’s strategies with the company’s objectives and develop and implement long-term strategies for the maintenance of the fixed plant copper concentrator to ensure optimal operational capacity.

3. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and train the maintenance team to ensure they possess the required skills and knowledge and promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the maintenance department,

4. Quality and Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry safety standards, environmental regulations, and other relevant policies, and monitor the quality of repair and maintenance work and
